I am an Organizational Management and Sustainability expert and I focus on sustainable change and leadership in all industries. My attention in all my projects and researches is on the development of sustainable thought and action in all facets of organizational and human performance.

I currently work as Associate Professor of Management & Behavior for Grenoble School of Management, and as Founder & Director of the Lab-Center for Competitiveness.

I am also an Affiliate Teaching Fellow of the course on MicroEconomics of Competitiveness, at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness, at the Harvard Business School as well as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Cambridge.

I serve in the faculties of Universities worldwide and I am an appointed Research Fellow for the United Nations, in the program of Principles of Responsible Management Education within the framework of the Global Compact.

Book: Strategies in Sustainable Travel & Tourism

Strategies in Sustainable Travel and Tourism initiates a dialogue on the concept of Responsibility that each individual has, within the context of tourism, while preserving a holistic view on how a good and consistent strategy in the optimization of the natural resources, can truly create competitive advantage. Produced in cooperation with IRDO, Institute for Individual Responsibility in Slovenia, the project aims at the promotion of sustainability as a viable strategy in Tourism.

Book Series: Sustainable Future of Mankind I & III

 Co-authored with Timi Ecimovic, Roger Haw & Matjaz Mulej, this book series on Sustainable Future of Mankind, addresses how the deepest significance of the human presence on earth can lead to substantially different interpretations on
